📋 Description

• Meet sales targets. • Conduct day-to-day sales activities, including making cold phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals or quotes according to customer requirements, and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate. • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to propose improvements to management. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships. • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting as required by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B business development or sales for industrial equipment, ideally geospatial or wind industry. • Ability to work autonomously and be a key member in a busy and energetic team environment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. • Experiences with CRM system, ideally with Zoho. • Can-do attitude.
