📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software. • Analyze project scope, deliverables, and timelines to create accurate scheduling plans. • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks to timelines. • Collaborate with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules accordingly. • Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates. • Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Maintain proper documentation of scheduling data, revisions, and assumptions. • Support project planning activities by providing insights on sequencing and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project planning. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software. • Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and critical path method (CPM). • Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
