📋 Description

• Handle a heavy daily volume of inbound and outbound calls, including new patient inquiries, follow-ups, missed opportunities, and inactive-patient outreach • Convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments • Follow up consistently and proactively until conversion is achieved • Execute end-to-end insurance verification, including active coverage, plan details, patient responsibility, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums • Explain financial responsibilities to patients over the phone • Secure prior authorizations • Navigate Commercial plans, including HMO/PPO, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana • Handle Personal Injury PIP/Workers' Comp cases • Manage calendars, scheduling, and follow-up documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Build rapport with patients and referral sources, including attorneys and physicians • Support practice growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Prior experience working in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Pain Medicine • Hands-on experience managing the full insurance verification cycle • Experience securing prior authorizations • Experience handling Commercial insurances and Personal Injury (PIP/Workers' Comp) claims • Proven track record handling high-volume medical calls in a metrics-driven environment • Clear, confident, and warm English phone presence • Highly organized and self-motivated • Comfortable with performance-based accountability • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, Eastern Time Zone
