📋 Description

• Technical leadership of full-stack development teams, focusing on best practices and people management • Design of microservices architectures for new or legacy systems • Implementation of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes • Development and modernization of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Management of technical tasks and prioritization of deliveries • Mentoring and developing the team, ensuring quality in documentation and deployment practices • Acting as an interface with clients and leadership to ensure effective communication and smooth deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership of full-stack development teams, promoting best practices and people management • Knowledge of microservices architecture with support and observability for new or legacy systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and quality • Deep knowledge of DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using IaC • Experience in technology modernization initiatives, including refactoring, performance improvements, and migrations • Ability to manage technical tasks, prioritize work, and follow up on deliveries, ensuring quality through code reviews and best practices • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and experience defining efficient technical solutions • Ability to develop the team through mentoring, and to ensure good practices in documentation, version control, and deployment • Experience interfacing between clients and leadership, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and smooth deliveries • Advanced English
