• Strategic planning, leadership and continuous development of international clients and cross‑market initiatives • Full budget responsibility for your clients, including accurate cost forecasting, profitability tracking and active margin/scope management • Act as a senior sparring partner for clients and internal teams — translating cultural, community and audience insights into clear recommendations, roadmaps and decisions • Lead and develop interdisciplinary teams; set priorities, provide feedback and mentoring, and foster a collaborative, idea‑driven culture • Support the Chief Strategy Officer on international growth initiatives and business development strategy • Prepare pitch decks, creative concepts, case studies, proposals and budget estimates for new and existing clients • Participate in (and occasionally lead) senior‑level business development discussions with global partners, brands and institutions • Conduct research and gather insights to identify strategic opportunities in markets such as Europe, the Middle East, India and North America
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 6 years' experience in an agency environment, ideally focused on social media, campaigns or integrated communications • Proven experience managing international clients and global campaigns • Strong project organisation, client leadership, cost estimation and financial controlling skills • Deep understanding of communication strategies and concept development, with the ability to analyse social media trends and insights to optimise campaigns and content strategies • Experience integrating social media activities into broader marketing and communications strategies, including defining and evaluating KPIs • Extensive experience coordinating and leading teams in complex, interdisciplinary setups • Entrepreneurial mindset: able to prioritise, negotiate and make decisions — hands‑on and solution‑oriented • Strong communication and presentation skills with an international mindset • Fluent English is required (German, French or Danish is a plus)
