• Ensure effective performance management practices are in place and drive a culture of continuous improvement • Lead the planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of integrated business solutions • Review proposed integrations of new applications to assess impact and ensure maximum availability of system applications • Collaborate with business units on defining and leading business plans that leverage technology and business processes • Manage vendor relationships, including market research for vendor-hosted solutions • Provide regular reports/updates on team and system performance, incident resolution, and team development progress • Ignite enthusiasm, drive, and dedication by showing genuine respect and empathy
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Services, mathematics, or related field - REQUIRED • Six plus (6+) years of progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design • Strong knowledge of legacy system management, IT, and administrative processes • Demonstrated leadership experience and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive change • Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
