âą Achieve annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages âą Recruit new distributors into the territory âą Conduct effective work-with (truck ride a-longs) 3-4 days per week âą Provide coaching and support to distributors in the territory âą Conduct new franchisee training (2-week ride-along for new Distributors) âą Completes field start process with all new Distributors âą Attend Field Excellence Meetings monthly with entire district âą Manage regional credits and adjustments âą Perform route surveys for all new starts
âą Prior experience in the mobile tool sales industry âą Demonstrated success in recruiting new talent into an organization âą Strong organizational skills âą Proven time management skills âą Strong business acumen âą Relationship-building skills âą Knowledge of the local automotive repair market âą Prior experience as a small business owner or in coaching and mentoring small business owners âą Minimum of 5 years of route/field sales experience âą Minimum of 2 years of management experience directing multiple field/route sales professionals âą Willingness to travel up to 80% within the specified sales territory and potentially outside of territory âą Ability to lift more than 10 pounds âą Willingness to live in the sales territory
