📋 Description

• Lead engineering managers for SaaS product development, focusing on value delivery, efficiency, and technical excellence • Translate the unit's strategic objectives into tactical development plans • Ensure achievement of efficiency, quality, and velocity metrics • Develop and monitor short- and medium-term action plans using engineering metrics • Promote continuous evolution of teams and systems • Serve as guardian of the engineering culture, promoting best practices, innovation, and an "AI First" mindset • Lead the adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle • Foster collaboration between product, data, design, and customer support • Develop people, organizational climate, and a culture of autonomy with accountability • Manage capacity and resource planning, budget, organizational structure, and investment prioritization • Influence strategic technical decisions regarding architecture, scalability, observability, and security • Drive technological evolution, system modernization, and technical debt management • Operate with a digital mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and interest in AI applications

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering organizations, including managing and developing managers and multiple SaaS product teams • Previous experience as a software developer with hands-on knowledge in engineering and building SaaS systems • Strong experience with SaaS products and software engineering practices • Analytical skills and systems thinking for data-driven decision making • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams • Experience defining and managing engineering metrics, using measures such as cycle time, throughput, DORA metrics, quality, and reliability • Experience with agile methodologies and creating tactical plans for technical evolution • Knowledge or experience applying Artificial Intelligence to the software development lifecycle, focusing on productivity, quality, and efficiency
