📋 Description

• Lead end to end recruitment for maritime engineering and R&D roles. • Partner with technical hiring managers to define hiring priorities and candidate profiles. • Build targeted pipelines within maritime engineering and naval technology talent markets. • Identify and engage engineers working on maritime systems, robotics, autonomy, and related technologies. • Provide insight on talent availability and hiring risks within specialised maritime sectors. • Ensure structured candidate evaluation and clear hiring recommendations. • Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and data within Personio.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German. • Strong experience recruiting specialised engineering or R&D roles. • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring within maritime, naval, defence, or advanced engineering environments. • Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in high bar technical hiring environments. • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical roles. • Strong understanding of Northern Germany’s maritime engineering ecosystem is highly preferred. • Highly structured and comfortable operating independently in a fast growing environment.
