📋 Description
• Own and execute sourcing for senior and business-critical roles • Apply deep sourcing strategies and maintain evergreen pipelines • Act as the benchmark for sourcing best practices—this is a hands-on role
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in agency recruitment or embedded/RPO leadership • Track record building TA teams across multiple geographies • Strong hands-on sourcing skills with a commercial mindset • Data-driven, organised, and confident influencing stakeholders • Comfortable with sourcing tools, CRM, and ATS platforms • Success in Year 1 Looks Like: TA directly supports revenue and GP margin growth
