📋 Description

• Deliver facial treatments and skincare treatments at selected partner locations • Train and coach beauty therapists and sales teams • Provide active sell-out support at the point of sale • Advise on products, applications, and treatment concepts • Drive cross-selling and upselling • Plan and conduct Treatment Days, promotions, and events • Build and develop long-term partner relationships • Identify new opportunities, for example at perfumeries, beauty institutes, premium spas, and hotel spas • Independently plan customer visits and travel routes • Take responsibility for regional development and defined revenue and growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty therapy, or professional beauty • Ideally, completed training as a beauty therapist or an equivalent qualification • Practical experience with facial treatments, treatments, or professional skincare applications • Enjoyment of consulting and active selling • Ability to inspire others about products and treatment concepts • Initial experience in training, coaching, or delivering workshops is an advantage • Independent and structured approach to work • Strong customer and service orientation • Willingness to travel, including regular overnight stays • Category B driving licence
