• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Provide Sports Science consultancy both remotely and on-site in the region. • Be strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value add account management services. • Ensure clients are using most up-to-date products, and are fully trained on every aspect of the system. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
• At least an undergraduate degree in sport science or equivalent • Applicants must be fluent (spoken and written) in the country native language • Experience working or coaching in High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System. • The ability to travel for work, up to 50% of the time. • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Desirable) • 1 year+ working in a customer focused role (Desirable)
