📋 Description

• Coordinate incoming support requests and ticket allocation. • Monitor and report on helpdesk activity. • Maintain operational reports and performance trackers. • Manage hardware and software inventories. • Coordinate equipment purchases and replacements. • Work with suppliers and vendors to resolve equipment-related matters. • Assist with customer enquiries and issue resolution. • Maintain support documentation and process guides. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, helpdesk support, or technical support. • Strong organisational and coordination skills. • CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Strong communication skills. • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • A reliable internet connection (fibre preferred). • A backup solution for connectivity or power outages (UPS, inverter, generator, or alternative internet connection where possible).
