• Assist with general business administration tasks • Log and manage incoming tickets and support requests • Handle calls, messages, and general business enquiries • Track tickets through internal systems and ensure resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, operational, or similar support role • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage • Sharp attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
