📋 Description

• You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 11 STAYERY locations across Germany. • You support our guests during arrival and their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com). • You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA). • You ensure a smooth workflow while working shifts on weekdays as well as on weekends and public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00. • You communicate closely with other teams and can actively help shape processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (Hotelfachmann/-frau) or as a hotel management clerk (Hotelkaufmann/-frau) and have initial experience in reservations or front office. • You enjoy communicating with guests, like speaking with them on the phone, and remain calm and personable in every conversation. • You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. You will be accommodated by STAYERY for this period. • You live and work in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and want to start with us full-time. • You speak and write fluent German and English.
