📋 Description

• Collaborate with instructional team to coordinate class schedules, materials, and resources • Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials to instructors and participants • Liaise with instructors and participants to ensure a smooth learning experience • Maintain organized records of instructional activities and feedback • Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, scheduling consultations, and processing registrations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions • Generate reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team • Coordinate logistics for workshops, classes, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are available • Communicate with participants regarding schedules, requirements, and any changes • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials • Draft and edit communications, including emails, newsletters, and promotional materials • Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence to promote STEAMHouse programs • Respond to inquiries from potential participants, parents, and partners • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use • Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling and logistics

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive • Experience with CRM systems and utilizing project management tools like ClickUp & Notion • Ability to develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to streamline and improve workflows • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
