📋 Description

• Support the implementation and evolution of the corporate AI Governance framework • Maintain the AI assets inventory, including models, agents, prompts, knowledge bases, and external providers • Develop and maintain taxonomies, policies, standards, procedures, metrics, and audit trails • Ensure requirements for transparency, traceability, explainability, and documentation • Support the dissemination of a responsible AI culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Knowledge of AI governance, including asset inventory, model lifecycle management, risk classification, auditing, traceability, and accountability • Deep knowledge of AI, including LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases, grounding, and guardrails • Knowledge of major industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) • Knowledge of Data Governance, including DAMA-DMBOK, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, data stewardship, business glossaries, taxonomies, ontologies, and semantic management • Knowledge of observability, evaluation, and monitoring of AI solutions, including evals, test harnesses, explainability (XAI), Model Cards, and Datasheets for Datasets • Ability to develop policies, standards, reports, and technical documentation • Postgraduate degree or certifications in Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence, Risk Management, or Information Security • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, multi-agent architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent skills • Experience with catalog, metadata, observability, and AI governance tools • Knowledge of AI security, including risks related to prompt injection, data leakage, and jailbreaks • Previous experience in mission-critical environments • Advanced English for occasional conversations with solution vendors
