📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain dashboards, KPIs and project tracking reports for transition projects • Consolidate information from multiple projects and present it clearly and concisely to clients and leadership • Support tracking of schedules, risks, open issues and action plans together with project managers • Organize and document Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities between teams • Assist in creating and updating operational documentation, procedures and knowledge bases • Participate in status meetings with clients, managers and technical teams • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to improve productivity, organize information, prepare documents and generate executive summaries • Support project governance and communication between technical teams, managers and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Strong written communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset • Comfortable working with data, reports and metrics • Interest in developing a career in Project Management and IT Services • Previous experience in corporate environments, projects, operations or support • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus • Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management is a plus • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner or similar is a plus • Experience in technical support, Service Desk or IT operations is a plus • Basic English for reading technical documentation is a plus • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity is a plus
