• Create and release supplier orders in the SAP system; • Monitor the routine for rejected payments and handle the processing of refunds; • Analyze and validate alerts generated by the anti-fraud engine; • Manage Salesforce requests related to area-specific issues; • Process installment settlements using FGTS funds; • Assist with negotiations related to excluded quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress). • Knowledge of consortium business rules and experience with Power BI. • Strong knowledge of Excel. • Analytical mindset, ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, strong communication skills for addressing client requests, professional maturity, and proactivity.
