📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation meetings • Prepare functional and technical specifications • Model AS IS and TO BE processes • Manage functional backlog • Write acceptance criteria and user stories • Participate in agile ceremonies • Validate requirements with stakeholders • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Identify impacts on existing processes • Update documentation throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a process analyst • Proficiency in graphical process representation techniques using flowcharts and BPMN for AS IS and TO BE scenarios • Ability to perform diagnostics and propose action plans • Analytical skills to develop indicators from collected data • Ability to support process implementation and drive continuous improvement using the PDCA cycle • Ability to coordinate with internal and external partners • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
