📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement • Design, develop, test, and implement automations primarily using Blue Prism • Create and maintain Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components • Apply best practices in architecture, security, performance, reusability, and maintainability • Develop structured mechanisms for exception handling, retries, logging, and automation recovery • Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues across different environments • Monitor and track changes throughout development, testing, user acceptance testing, and production • Participate in code reviews to ensure the technical quality of solutions • Identify opportunities to optimize, improve, and increase automation stability • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams throughout the solution lifecycle • Support the analysis and mapping of AS-IS processes and the definition of TO-BE processes • Prepare and review technical and functional documentation for automations • Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 3–4 years of experience developing automations/RPA solutions, with relevant Blue Prism experience • Advanced experience with Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials and Environment Variables, Schedules and Control Room, and Release Management • Experience automating web, desktop, Excel, SAP, and legacy applications • Knowledge of integrations via APIs, web services, and databases • Experience creating reusable components, objects, and functions • Knowledge of RPA development, version control, and governance best practices • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Analytical ability and a critical perspective on business processes • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, especially Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud, is a plus
