📋 Description

• Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization • Establishes integrated systems for the administration and deployment of strategic Human Resource information, programs, and service • Focuses on increasing the capacity to streamline workflows; maximize accuracy, reliability, and validity of workforce data; and ease deployment and collection of data and information • Committed to the integrity and security of employee data. • Oversees databases, software, and computer systems that are used to manage human resources • Provides technical expertise and analytical support on administration, implementation and execution of all information, business processes and system requirements related to the Human Resources department • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
