📋 Description
• Centralized scheduler who accurately schedules patients in various systems for departments within the health system. • Confirms patient demographics, prescriptions and/or orders, insurance information and preps/instructions. • This person will perform a mini registration to check for eligibility and has knowledge of insurance rules. • Answers incoming calls for all the depts, directing and screening them accordingly. • Reaches out to patients and providers as needed.
