📋 Description

• Design and implement high-impact, complex solutions • Lead the design and evolution of distributed systems architectures, focusing on the scalability and resilience of authorization pipelines • Serve as a technical reference and lead workstreams • Lead the management of critical incidents, war rooms, and post-mortems • Balance the development of new solutions with the maintenance and modernization of legacy systems • Use observability tools to monitor application health, bottlenecks, and behavior • Ensure software quality through solid architectural standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Solve open-ended problems and design complex end-to-end solutions • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming and code reviews • Investigate and resolve critical systemic incidents and highly complex issues • Design and implement architectures using Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles • Make autonomous technical decisions based on business and technology trade-offs • Continuously improve infrastructure and delivery processes by configuring and optimizing deployment pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven, relevant professional experience in software development and the design of high-volume distributed systems • Extensive experience, proficiency, and the ability to guide technical decisions in Golang • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization (DML, DDL, and DQL) • Expertise in event-driven architectures using Kafka and AWS SQS • Solid experience with the AWS ecosystem • Experience orchestrating containers with Kubernetes and Docker • Hands-on, advanced experience with Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus, including logging, profiling, tracing, and metrics • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub • Experience configuring pipelines with GitHub Actions • Strong knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture and event-driven architecture (SAGA) • Experience with Elixir and RabbitMQ, financial market experience, and PostgreSQL optimization are considered a plus • Technical English is considered a plus
