📋 Description

• Manage Customer Relationship results across the full lifecycle of metrics • Define business rules, calculation logic, and measurement criteria for metrics • Build and maintain results and budget-attainment dashboards • Produce management reports to monitor performance • Investigate variances, identify root causes, support problem resolution, and map improvement opportunities • Define targets and cascade them by area, leadership, and management levels • Create metric cards • Integrate dashboards and analyses from local teams, ensuring consistency across data sources and a single narrative of results

🎯 Requirements

• Active interest in AI and generative LLMs applied to analytical work • Proficiency in SQL and structured logical reasoning • Ability to critically validate obtained data • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation • Clarity in decomposing metrics • Good communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Autonomy to manage priorities in an environment with multiple simultaneous demands • Previous experience in Results Management or Strategic Planning (advantageous) • Experience with agile methodology (advantageous) • Experience defining and cascading targets for teams and leadership (advantageous) • 8-hour workday plus 1-hour break; 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday)
