📋 Description

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and metrics in Looker and Google Sheets/Excel • Analyze campaign and A/B test results, translating data into actionable recommendations • Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior, and engagement journeys across products • Develop quantitative and qualitative hypotheses regarding gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels • Monitor business metrics such as revenue, TPV, churn, and product adoption, generating alerts for deviations • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing stakeholders on the execution and evaluation of initiatives • Contribute to the economic and operational evaluation of engagement initiatives, including ROI and payback estimates • Ensure the consistency and reliability of the datasets and dashboards used by the team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Analytics professional, or in a similar role • Advanced SQL skills for extracting and manipulating data from large datasets • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis • Knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing • Familiarity with financial business metrics such as TPV, margin, churn, and incremental revenue
