📋 Description

• Route the user's intent between specialist agents and hundreds of MCP tools, keeping cost and latency under control • Deliver model reasoning and responses via SSE streaming, with turn reconciliation, a watchdog for stalls/locks, and per-conversation state isolation • Connect AI to real, sensitive platform flows—such as approvals, deployments, and provisioning—in a secure and auditable way • Turn complex technical operations into simple experiences for citizen developers • Build and maintain a robust Node/TypeScript backend, handling concurrency, Kafka events, Postgres, and memory usage under load • Integrate multiple services and APIs in distributed systems • Build platform tools that abstract complexity and give autonomy to other engineering teams • Work in a multidisciplinary squad with autonomy and ownership over what is built

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer • Strong command of TypeScript/Node.js on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend • Experience with distributed systems, orchestration of asynchronous processes, and integration with multiple services/APIs • Ability to learn and adapt to different stacks, including Temporal, Golang, Crossplane, and Backstage • Comfort handling scalability, concurrency, and reliability in critical systems • Knowledge or experience with Kafka events, Postgres, and real-time streaming • Interest in building platform tools that abstract complexity and empower other engineering teams • Familiarity with generative AI, conversational agents, or MCP is a plus, not required • Good communication skills and a collaborative profile to work in a multidisciplinary squad
