📋 Description

• Perform the initial triage of incidents by gathering basic information and determining their severity, context, and business impact. • Fully record and document incidents and interactions, including issues, solutions, and subsequent actions. • Keep users informed about the status of ongoing incidents. • Resolve immediate issues and appropriately escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary. • Maintain and document incident management activities across various portals and systems. • Contribute to operational stability and the continuity of 24/7 IT operations at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering Windows and Linux server operating systems. • Knowledge of networking. • Knowledge of virtualization platforms. • Experience configuring observability platforms. • Knowledge of IaC and CI/CD. • Exposure to cloud environments. • Ability and maturity to work independently in a 24/7 operation.
