• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. • Partner closely with the People Operations team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key corporate roles across various departments, including sales, marketing, software engineering, finance, and fulfillment operations. • Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently. • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage. • Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and corporate recruiting. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Bonus: Experience in talent acquisition at a high-growth startup. • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite.
