• Own all operational aspects across products • Build clear roles, responsibilities, teams, and processes • Manage hiring and team management at scale • Control SaaS, AI, and cloud spending • Ensure high-quality delivery for major client events • Drive operations using AI and automation • Collaborate directly with founders on execution
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in operations management in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment • Proficiency in AI tools and automation • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Experience with cost management and infrastructure • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
