📋 Description

• Independently process payroll end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate BI tools • Utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips and follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Review and validate data and initiate corrections • Answer payroll-related questions and requests • Support and execute SOC1 Controls • Maintain and apply defined work instructions • Perform transactions with third parties • Provide knowledge transfers to peers • Support the Root Cause Analysis process • Support system maintenance testing • Coordinate and resolve technical issues • Maintain current knowledge of legislation, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures • Participate in assigned payroll team projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to details • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SSFF, Oracle • ERP knowledge: SAP preferred or alternatively A3 or PeopleSoft knowledge • Current and future work authorization in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
