📋 Description

• Support activities for the German payroll life cycle accurately and timely • Support all payroll activities and the payroll team • Upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching • Perform champion responsibilities for innovation • Support German payroll and the payroll team end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Undertake, support, and manage Root Cause Analysis when issues result in client escalation • Ensure mitigating actions are implemented • Identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process • Estimate and implement changes to contractually defined service scope • Understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures • Manage the payroll legislation roadmap • Answer payroll-related questions and requests from the team and clients • Support the Operations Manager with client engagement activities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from team members and clients • Maintain the client solution workbook and provide functional support • Support and guide project implementations and go-lives • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Fluent English skills • German skills would be an asset • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
