📋 Description

• Target the right client profiles based on SprintlyWorks past project successes. • Conduct independent research to identify prospects among competitors and adjacent industries facing similar challenges. • Analyze industry value chains and customer product portfolios to identify consulting opportunities. • Understand client business models, strategic priorities, and key drivers. • Own and manage a pipeline of qualified leads. • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new services and markets. • Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and our delivery capabilities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers. • Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and engagement scoping. • Track performance metrics and deliver regular pipeline reports to leadership. • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or client-facing roles in consulting, B2B services, or strategic industries. • Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise decision-making processes. • Ability to analyze financial reports, market data, and competitive landscapes. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and commercially. • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
