📋 Description

• Plan, estimate, and run development cycles with a team of 8 to 10 developers from planning through delivery and retrospectives • Translate product management feature decisions into clear specifications and buildable work packages • Own delivery scope, timelines, blockers, and status reporting when delivery slips • Design and evolve the team's agile process for an AI-first development team • Retain effective elements from Scrum and similar frameworks while removing ineffective practices • Challenge developer estimates and trade-offs with the Lead Developer • Run planning and documentation in Asana and GitHub using Claude as a daily tool • Report to the CPO • Contribute ideas to product discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience running software development teams as a Product Owner or Project Manager, ideally in SaaS • Software engineering background • Ideally trained as an engineer and wrote production code for one or two years before moving into product • Enough technical depth to question estimates and participate in discussions with a Lead Developer • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks • Independence to change agile frameworks where they do not fit • Structured and decisive approach; ability to make and stand behind decisions with incomplete information • Fluent German and English, written and spoken • Based in Germany or Austria, or a comparable time zone • Familiarity with the creator, streaming, or TikTok LIVE space is an advantage • Experience building or rebuilding a team's development process is an advantage • Experience using AI tools in planning and documentation is an advantage
