• Advise the Company concerning legal rights and obligations • Ensure compliance with appropriate laws • Provide strategic legal advice to management team • Draft and review various complex contracts • Interpret laws and regulations applicable to the Company • Engage and manage outside legal counsel • Act as agent in various transactions • Advise internal teams on products
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor degree • At least nine years experience • 4 years in-house experience • Education, corporate, and contract law • Privacy, M&A, licensing experience • Good interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to travel 10% of the time • Ability to clear a required background check
