• Administer, maintain, and improve Recruiting systems • Optimize technology stack and ensure smooth functionality • Collaborate with the People Solutions team • Identify key problem areas for process optimization • Work with Recruiting vendors and manage support • Build and test new tools for process improvements • Generate reports and monitor system performance • Configure systems for accuracy and efficiency • Ensure compliance with security requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years working in operations, product management, or technology consulting • Strong ability to partner with software development teams • Domain expertise in the Recruiting or HR field • Experience with third-party technology platforms • Strong organizational and operational skills • Customer-focused mindset • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment • Ability to navigate complexity and build new processes • Experience administering ticketing systems
