• Responsible for revenue growth from assigned accounts, including corporate/non-corporate opportunities, and developing new business • Manage local B2B partnerships and sponsorships with guidance from Manager, Revenue Strategy & Market Sales, and collaboration with Regional Managers • Maintain expert knowledge of market area demand generators and accounts, ensuring comprehensive account management • Leverage customer interactions to explore opportunities across all 150 hotels within the company
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in outside sales and account management, specifically with regional or national business-to-business accounts • Possesses excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, that are grammatically accurate • Demonstrates knowledge of sales techniques and exhibits the ability to advance customers through the sales cycle • Confident in utilizing multiple technologies, including CRM, Microsoft365, and industry research platforms • A college degree related to sales and marketing is highly recommended and valued
