📋 Description

• You are responsible for the development of new products and the further development of existing products in the area of high-end design cookware, as well as associated collateral (instructions, packaging, etc.). • You coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers and manufacturing partners. • You create and monitor project plans, timelines and budgets, and maintain relevant reports. • You are responsible for ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards. • You communicate project progress and results within the team. • Together with the team, you question and optimize our product development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar), or an equivalent qualification. • You have several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally in cookware or household appliances. • You have a strong sensitivity for product design, quality standards, and manufacturing details. • You have experience managing external manufacturing partners. • You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials. • Further training and certifications (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are an advantage. • You communicate proactively, are detail-oriented, and ensure sustainable implementation with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • You are familiar with relevant software tools (e.g. Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.). • Your German is fluent in both written and spoken form, and your English is conversationally fluent.
