📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations specific to the insurance sector, including direct and indirect taxes. • Support the implementation of the Tax Reform. • Review tax calculations (IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, PIS and COFINS). • Review tax filings, such as DCTF, EFD-Contribuições, SPED, among others, ensuring their accuracy and timely submission. • Stay up to date with federal, state and municipal tax legislation applicable to the insurer. • Perform tax analyses to optimize the company’s tax burden, always within legal boundaries. • Develop tax planning strategies to avoid contingencies and reduce tax costs. • Monitor and control the calculation and payment of taxes owed by the insurer. • Implement procedures to ensure the company’s tax regularity. • Analyze changes in tax legislation, assess impacts and adapt internal processes. • Maintain proactive relationships with tax and regulatory authorities, ensuring alignment with the insurance sector's regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Tax Accounting • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Postgraduate degree in Taxation or related fields • Knowledge of SUSEP regulations • Knowledge of Tax Reform taxes (IBS and CBS) is a plus • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
