⢠Oversee, ideate, and manage strategic communication campaigns ⢠Serve as the primary strategic advisor for diverse accounts ⢠Act as the main point of contact between agency and clients ⢠Lead strategic planning sessions and collaborate with the team ⢠Drive business profitability through effective budget planning ⢠Lead business development efforts, preparing and presenting pitches ⢠Maintain creative excellence across channels ⢠Mentor and coach new hires and existing team members ⢠Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback ⢠Supervise and enhance account team performance ⢠Draft, review, and edit communication materials ⢠Conduct media outreach to meet client KPIs

⢠6+ years of leadership experience in the PR agency world ⢠Proven track record of driving client success ⢠Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented problem solver ⢠Proven experience managing teams in PR, marketing, advertising, or related roles ⢠Extensive knowledge of the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and P&G industries ⢠Strategic thinker with a business development mindset ⢠Exceptional leadership skills ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ⢠Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute highly creative campaigns
