📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrades • Work with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and health & safety regulations • Maintain accurate documentation for service contracts
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in electrical engineering or strong background as an electrician • Fluency in English and French (C1 level) • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout France • Previous experience with battery energy storage systems (beneficial) • Mandarin Chinese language skills (advantageous) • Strong understanding of the European solar energy market and related products (advantageous)
