• Obsługa klientów mówiących po francusku w zakresie wsparcia technicznego • Zarządzanie przychodzącymi zapytaniami związanymi z inwerterami fotowoltaicznymi i systemami magazynowania energii • Prowadzenie instalatorów przez proces rozwiązywania problemów i aktualizacji oprogramowania • Współpraca z zespołem wsparcia drugiego poziomu • Utrzymywanie wysokiej jakości dokumentacji technicznej w systemie CRM i systemie ticketowym • Wspieranie różnorodności i przejrzystości wiedzy zespołowej
🎯 Requirements
• Solidna wiedza z zakresu elektryczności lub elektroniki • Biegła znajomość języka francuskiego i angielskiego (C1 lub wyżej) • Umiejętności analityczne • Umiejętność przekształcania skomplikowanych tematów technicznych w zrozumiałe rozwiązania • Zdolności organizacyjne i dbałość o szczegóły • Umiejętność pracy zarówno w zespole, jak i samodzielnie • Preferowane doświadczenie w wsparciu technicznym lub obsłudze klienta w środowisku helpdesk
