📋 Description

• Manage relationships with and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth clients • Help investors make better financial decisions through Suno ecosystem solutions • Conduct daily strategic meetings with qualified leads • Assess clients’ financial profiles and provide asset allocation guidance • Convert opportunities into active clients • Build and develop your own client portfolio • Ensure an excellent initial client experience and onboarding process • Maintain close, consultative relationships with clients • Record and track interactions in the CRM • Participate in intensive training and hands-on coaching with specialists • Progress to a full-fledged consultative role as your portfolio develops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field • Strong sales profile and solid technical foundation • Previous experience working with investor clients or financial products • Proven track record in conversion, prospecting, or portfolio development • Persuasive and natural communication style • Quick thinking and confidence in strategic conversations • Relationship-oriented and results-driven profile • Genuine interest in consultative sales and business development • CEA or CFP certification (required) • Experience as an Investment Advisor or Investment Consultant • Consistent track record of building a client portfolio • Strong understanding of capital markets, with a focus on equities, real estate investment funds, fixed income, and asset allocation • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the growth of the team and company
