📋 Description

• Support pricing strategy and execution for deals across all business lines • Develop and implement new pricing models and templates, and refine existing ones • Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development Executives, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership on proposal pricing • Refine estimates and assist in preparing price narratives • Create and maintain standard pricing detail templates for service lines and geographies • Analyze historical revenue and pricing data and prepare reports and data visualizations • Leverage internal and external data sources to refine pricing strategies • Track and report pricing performance for existing clients, identifying trends and opportunities • Execute pricing data projects supporting the Revenue organization • Manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes • Meet or exceed related KPI performance targets • Maintain knowledge of pricing strategy, revenue management, and data analysis best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a strategic pricing, revenue management, or data analysis role • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in pricing architecture or a similar function • Strong focus on data analysis and reporting • Exceptional Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building, navigating, and auditing complex financial models • High attention to detail and strong process discipline • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong presentation and communication skills, including communicating complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines • Ability to work flexible hours supporting a global organization • Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or years of supervisor experience preferred • BPO industry experience preferred; candidates from Consulting or Financial Services industries considered
