📋 Description

• Perform thorough manual QA testing of customer-facing e-commerce storefronts across desktop, mobile, Android, iOS, and major browsers • Test complete customer journeys across homepage, search, collections, product pages, cart, and checkout • Conduct functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing • Validate storefront functionality following releases and site updates • Identify functional bugs, edge cases, visual inconsistencies, and UX/UI issues • Investigate and reproduce issues across devices, browsers, and user journeys • Create structured QA reports documenting customer impact, reproduction steps, actual versus expected behavior, and supporting evidence • Communicate actionable findings to engineering and internal stakeholders and flag urgent or recurring issues • Maintain organized testing notes and identify patterns or areas requiring deeper investigation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA testing on customer-facing websites or web applications • Strong understanding of functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing • Experience testing e-commerce customer journeys, including product discovery, search, cart, and checkout • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases others may overlook • Strong understanding of the customer experience and ability to evaluate a website from an end-user perspective • Ability to independently investigate, reproduce, document, and clearly communicate bugs with minimal oversight • Strong written and spoken English and ability to produce clear, professional QA reports • Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours, approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET • Previous QA experience in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments preferred • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer experience best practices preferred • Exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) or digital experimentation preferred • Experience with QA, test management, or bug-tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, TestLodge, or similar preferred • Familiarity with browser developer tools, console/network inspection, or basic API testing is a plus
