📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets • Build pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates • Screen resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and online portfolios to determine fit • Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and search strategy discussions • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and priority profiles • Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience • Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent • Strong candidate assessment and talent advocacy skills • Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
