📋 Description

• Support customers of a global streaming media and entertainment company • Build rapport with callers while assisting with movies, TV shows and animated stories • Provide customer service and technical support • Troubleshoot streaming services on phones, smart TVs and other devices • Use multiple applications simultaneously • Work remotely from home using employer-provided equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience • Experience with streaming and basic troubleshooting skills • Understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc. • Basic PC keyboarding skills • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Technical support experience • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills • Multi-tasking skills and ability to use several applications simultaneously • Experience working with CRM applications preferred • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download or faster for working from home
