📋 Description

• Process pre-payroll activities in compliance with German labor regulations • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies • Prepare and maintain payroll documentation for internal and external audits • Manage exception processing, including special cases and one-off payments • Forecast payroll expenses and generate analytical reports for management • Support mid-year and year-end processes by reconciling time management data and adjusting records • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of required information • Create regular payroll reports and dashboards for stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or a related field • English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Experience with German payroll systems • Strong understanding of relevant German labor regulations • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in spreadsheet software • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple deadlines • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Strong focus on accuracy and process improvement • Strong prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a supportive team culture • Understanding of business processes and controls
