📋 Description
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects • Manage a team • Define BI strategy • Ensure high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making • Support the enterprise Power BI reporting setup
🎯 Requirements
• MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field • 10 to 12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics • Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service) • DAX • Power Query (M) • SQL and data modeling • Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric preferred • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts • Strong understanding of ETL processes • Strong understanding of data governance and security • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Google Looker • Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics
