📋 Description

• Set and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned Greenphire Clinical Finance products and capabilities • Identify high-value opportunities and shape an integrated experience from study planning through payment execution • Engage sponsors, CROs, sites, commercial teams, and internal subject matter experts to understand workflow challenges and validate customer needs • Lead initiative-level discovery and translate needs into problem statements, outcomes, scope, success measures, dependencies, and roadmap decisions • Manage, coach, and develop Product Owners • Support Product Owners with customer and market context, roadmap rationale, decision support, ambiguity resolution, and trade-off facilitation • Recommend product investments to executive leadership using customer evidence, market analysis, business cases, and ROI considerations • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software, prepare launches, and drive sales enablement • Participate throughout the software development life cycle from discovery through delivery, release, adoption, and continuous improvement • Establish success measures and use product data, customer feedback, and operational insight to refine priorities • Support customer conversations, demonstrations, implementations, sales opportunities, competitive analysis, and thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or training • Direct experience with clinical trial sponsor budgeting, clinical pricing, investigator grant budgets, budget negotiation, benchmarking, site payment operations, or closely related clinical finance processes • Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, launching, or operationalizing technology within a pharmaceutical sponsor, biotechnology sponsor, CRO, clinical-trial, or related operational environment • Experience working directly with sponsor study finance, clinical operations, outsourcing, procurement, site management, or comparable clinical-trial stakeholders • Formal product management experience, including managing software or SaaS products through discovery, strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with Engineering • Experience owning or contributing to enterprise clinical-trial software throughout the software development life cycle • Experience implementing or operationalizing Site Payments, a clinical payment platform, or related sponsor-side payment processes • Experience with Budgeting & Benchmarking, fair market value data, site budget development, sponsor/site negotiations, or connected budget-to-payment workflows • Experience launching AI-based use cases, offerings, or product capabilities, including defining customer value, coordinating cross-functional readiness and enablement, supporting risk-aware rollout, and driving customer adoption • Experience delivering products or solutions used across multiple countries, currencies, sponsors, CROs, sites, and payee models • Deep understanding of sponsor and site workflows across clinical pricing, budgeting, benchmarking, contracting, and payment operations • Experienced people manager with demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and make sound decisions in a complex, matrixed environment • Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Typically 8 or more years of relevant experience
